FITS FOUNDATION
A portion of every FITS Gear sale supports the FITS Foundation — an Arizona nonprofit corporation providing two subsidized services to veterans and critically ill individuals who cannot afford them. The FITS Foundation has applied for 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status with the IRS. That application is currently pending. Until the determination letter is approved, donations are not tax-deductible.
We will announce immediately when tax-exempt status is confirmed. Built into the price of every shirt. Every order funds the shield. An Aspis Shield provides subsidized legal services to the recipient. Every piece of apparel you buy moves us closer to funding another shield.
